My best guess is that you need to check 'digest mode' under settings under subscriptions under edit on your user account. That is definitely unclear though.
Let me know if that doesn't fix it.

In my experience, this feature of ubercart.org has *never* worked properly.

For the record, my 'best guess' was completely off base, please disregard that comment.
Upon further testing/digging, there are thousands of subscription notifications waiting for moderation. Looking into fixing it now, thank you for flagging this issue.

The subscription notifications are now being sent, without attempting to block all potential spam. If the amount of spam becomes unreasonable, as indicated by the number of complaints 
, we may work on it some more. If the amount of notifications you now recieve is untenable, consider adjusting your subscription setting.
