Is any one else experiencing this problem? I'm subscribed to a number of forum threads, and I used to get e-mail notifications whenever there was a new post or update to the thread. But for weeks now I haven't received anything. I'm not sure when it stopped working, maybe around when the new theme was installed?

Hmm... we did update to the latest version of Subscriptions around that time, TR. I thought we had tested it, but it still might be buggy. I'll double check it today and try it out... if it's not working, it's probably gone on so long b/c I don't really use it myself.
