Well... you can't really. The question is why do you want to do that and how can the end result be achieved another way?
Overriding uc_credit_order
I would like to do the same thing.
We have new products for which we will authorize and capture the credit card. However, we also have some legacy products which require manual intervention. For those, we'd like to just authorize the cards. thus, on submit, I'd like to change $data('txn_type') depending on product ID.
Is there a better way to do this?
