Ubercart set up

Hi,
I really like the clean look and feel of the ubercart site. I'm presuming it is based on Drupal?
Is there a similar theme available to download and modify?
What forum do you use?

The theme is Pixture with a few modifications. We're using Drupal's forum with the Flatforum module for D5. In D6 I recommend Advanced Forum.
