I am working on a website that will have it's own products for sale, but will also be selling through affiliate programs. Is there a way to make the different forms of sales blend and look like a seamless catalog? I am sure all affiliate sales will need to go around the shopping cart and link straight to the site where the sales will be processed. I am new at this and am suffering greatly at the hand of our website..

How about create a node type that LOOKS like ubercart products, but is not. Then create or modify your view to blend them together?

I hope you explored the uc_affiliate module http://drupal.org/project/uc_affiliate2.

Also look into the earlier post http://www.ubercart.org/forum/support/1586/how_are_people_doing_affilate_stuff_ubercart
