I think there is going to be confusion at http://www.drupal.org/project/ubercart because of the Module Dependencies section. There needs to be a clear statement of modules required and suggested for both. Maybe something like the following:

- Google Analytics (Google Analytics 1.6) - must use legacy GA code for Ubercart compatibility.
- ImageCache (ImageCache 1.7)
- ImageField (ImageField 2.1)
- Thickbox (Thickbox 1.2)
