uc_cart_checkout_pane.inc is not checked in

Just checked out the latest Rev#443 and its pulling an error

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'uc_cart_checkout_pane.inc' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /Users/alex/Sites/drupal-5.1/sites/all/modules/ubercart/uc_cart/uc_cart.module on line 16

Looks like its not there so I assume its just not checked in

althought I could be wrong...

These are the files I ended up with after download
uc_payment_checkout_pane.i0000644
and
uc_payment_payment_method.0000644
I changed the them to .inc seems to have worked for now hope its fixed.
