I just installed this and activated the module, once i got into my ubercart store admin area i got an error referenceing a canadapost function on line 55, i think? If this module depends on that, please post it if not, add a if module exists statement, there is a built in function for it.

line 63 should read

'accessorials' => array( t('Shipping Rate'), ),

after changing that if fixed my problem...
