May I open a project called uc_sitecatalyst?

would it be ok to start using issue tracker to manage the completion of the uc_sitecatalyst module and organize the feed back that Clint, amoung others, are contributing?

Totally! Right now, the issue tracker is tied to contributions. So the thing to do would be to create a contribution that doesn't necessarily even have to host any downloads. Then give the contrib a short name, and voila! The contrib will have an issue tracker. Smiling

At least it should work like that... And you can put whatever you need to in the description of the contrib.
