New Zealand Zones

I added the New Zealand zones to it's cif file. I set this issue's status to 'patch' even though I'm attaching the updated file instead.

Thanks for posting this up. I'm going to put it in core with the following modifications: the country ID was wrong, and the install func should reflect all the latest updates, so we'll keep the zones in there for folks already using version 1 but then also put the zones in the install for new users installing New Zealand.
