While debugging some code on a dev site we discovered that the Authorize.net Live_test mode url was out of date. It was posting certification.authorize.net and should be going to secure.authorize.net. I checked the documentation on Auhtorize.net and that seemed to match up.

Attached you will find our tested code. It seems to be working at advertised now.
