country code error

Here is the error I am getting

Error in processing FedEx Shipping Quote transaction.

Origin country code invalid or missing. {0}
warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /homepages/xx/xxx/htdocs/test/sites/all/modules/uc_fedex/uc_fedex.module on line 474.

I have set up fedex mod with the latest patch, set my server to run php5 and verified my fedex account info. I am not sure why it is not passing the country code, in my shipping address fields I have the option for US and Canada, both of which have country codes set to them when I view country settings in my store admin. Is there something I am missing?

The error is that the Origin country code is not set. Enter this at admin/store/settings/quotes/edit
