paypal -buy now, Subscription setup missing!!!

After many hours of search and miss I have come to the conclusion that the setup for these two options are missing.

It looks like they should be in admin/store/settings/roducts/edit/features

At this screen I get:
The following product features are enabled:
Recurring fee, Role assignment, PayPal Buy Now, PayPal Subscription
-> Recurring fee settings
-> Role assignment settings

I would think that I should also have

-> PayPal Buy Now settings
-> PayPal Subscription settings

But they are not there.

If this is not a bug, then it is a missing feature that needs included in the next release.

Changed this to a feature request as this setup can be achieved via the product node edit, features.
