After the latest meeting with the client, we have come to the conclusion that the link must be:

a) pink
b) flashing
c) in Century Gothic
d) speaking to the soul
e) green

These requirements are immensely important in order to achieve the greatest conversion rate from the PHP7 version of the link's electrons' return value and attract customers from the UK.

Please write up the technical specifications and send over a quote for additional development.

Additionally, there was an anonymous trip that said link may be associated with coders of mass pwnstruction, and as such, will require a criminal history check. If the criminal history check fails, the link will be required to go under the hook.

Client has reviewed the draft and passed on the following feedback:

- blinkage tag be depricated
- century gothic not be available on ze macs and ze linux syztems
- no blinkage action on Internet Explorer
- support for Netscape Navigator 3.x is mandatory
- text must be pink AND green
- text doesn't speak; it literally needs to speak.
