When adding a product kit to the shopping cart, the shopping cart shows the image of one of the products in the kit, not the image for the kit itself.

1. Add field_image_cache field to product kit per this thread (http://www.ubercart.org/forum/general_discussion/1804/images_product_kit...)
2. Create 2 products with 1 image each
3. Create a product kit with 1 image including the above 2 products
4. Add product kit to shopping cart

BUG: Cart shows image of one of the products, not the product kit.
