activeLooks like the export does not create the shippable flag. I don't know if the import expects it or not.
Export followed by Import does not carry shippable status.

It doesn't, but it should. I don't feel like the importer was designed very well (though it's reliable once you get things just the way it wants them), so it'll be given an overhaul by 2.0. This particular issue has been fixed, though.
