Ubercart

I'm experiencing a strange thing. When I add a recurring fee feature to a product, it says "The product feature has been updated", but no recurring fee is added. I look at the logs, refresh the page, nothing. Then when I do it again, it works. It just happened three times in a row.

I just tried it with other features, and the same thing happens.

Any ideas?
