Ok, a few more "issues"

When you first set up a tax it sends the title to CA. It also sends the weight when you create the tax setting.

If however you change the title or the weight in the tax settings it does not carry over to CA. It does however change the line title in the checkout.

Hopefully this one isn't a setting i missed.
