Allow limited number of downloads

I would like to have the option to define how many downloads are permitted to the file.
Once this number of downloads was used, the file is no longer available for download for this purchase.

It would be easy to add a counter to the file (I'd already thought it would be a useful statistic), you could then modify the download script to not allow a file to be downloaded after a certain number of times.

I haven't the time or inclination but you might put up a bounty for it if your keen.
