Same problem on Ubercart 1.0
I am using pcambra's version of the module with Ubercart 1.0

update to latest release (1.3) then confirm bug still exists.

Hello,
I am having the same issue. Here is my drupal environment:
Drupal: 5.10
MySQL database: 5.0.45
PHP: 5.2.5
Web server: Apache
Ubercart: 5.x-1.3
uc_discounts: version from this post http://www.ubercart.org/contrib/143#comment-16767
There is nothing in the property combo-box and clicking next just reloads the page.

No actions are defined in role discounts module..

This could be due to not having one of the included modules installed that provides an action.. If you only have role discounts enabled it won't have anything to display since uc_discounts_role.module doesn't contain any actions.
