This just in... Sir James L. Mantooth of Louisville, KY, in a heroic post-lunch effort when normal mortals are dozing at the keys managed to single-handedly deploy our changes to Drupal CVS and tag the files for release as Ubercart 2.0-beta3. In other words... woohoo! One step closer to a 2.0 release. Let's keep the ball rolling.
This release is primarily a bug fix release, with updates going in for order permissions, reports, Google Analytics, and more. A personal victory for me was finally fixing the behavior of the cart breadcrumb and continue shopping element on the cart view form. You can read the commit log of changes in the release notes.
So, for all you beta users, get it while it's hot and let us know where it's not. Not hot. i.e. keep those bug reports coming.
Many thanks to the community contributors who continue to provide excellent feedback, patches, and support. We <3 you.
Because this is still a beta version, we strongly recommend testing any beta updates on a test site before attempting it on your production sites. This rings especially true for people wanting to test the update process from Drupal 5.
