Ahh, the smell of another fresh release. This one comes only two weeks after the previous release to address a couple of issues created by adjustments to the tax system in the last release. I hope everyone survived, and I hope even that more you can appreciate the rest of the release as well. 
This release brings with it three notable new features:
- IP addresses will be logged for orders to help store owners address cases of fraud.
- The checkout enhancements contribution has been rolled into core to help prevent duplicate checkout review form submissions.
- torgosPizza contributed a patch correcting the headers for file downloads that allows browser to resume paused downloads.
Thanks to torgosPizza for his contributions and all the rest for your bug reports, testing, and feedback. Also, thanks to Acquia for once again sponsoring some core development that allowed me to resolve a long-standing bug with the credit card details on the checkout form. I think I've thought this bug was toast for the last couple of releases... but this time you can check the release notes and see that it's dead. Hopefully. 
So... go ahead and update your sites and continue to post your great feedback in the forums and issue tracker. Get the release from our project page on drupal.org and remember to update your sites once you grab the new version.
