It is a fix for Belgium CIF. The streets infos are fixed, it was street instead of street1, street2

uc_set_address_format(56, "!company\n!first_name !last_name\n!street1\n!street2\n!postal_code !city\n!country_name_if");

I'm not a mayor develloper or moderator, but i updated my .cif file for belgium, removed it in settings, reactivated it and it seems to work fine now.

Same problem even after 2 years of updates for me. I'm a Drupal/Ubercart newbie. Could someone explain this:

"removed it in settings, reactivated it"

I've updated the file with the required information as shown above but I'm still getting the !street problem showing up on Belgium orders. I just don't know what to do after updating that file with the correct information.

I don't know what you're talking about. belgium_56_3.cif has been in core Ubercart for a long time - you don't have to use the version posted above, and you SHOULDNT use the version posted above. The version in core doesn't have any problems that I know about. And if it did, the proper place to report problems is the Ubercart issue queue at http://drupal.org/project/issues/ubercart

If you have bad country data for Belgium hanging around in your database from long ago, go admin/store/settings/countries/edit, click "remove" to remove Belgium, then import Belgium again from the core default Belgium cif.
