Ubercart is the leading online-shop solution based on Drupal. And eKomi is a web service providing warranted customer feedback to the public together with a widget which displays that feedback on the shop's website.
The way it works is that the module sends an email to a customer a few days after the order has been completed / shipped together with a link to the eKomi website where the cusomer is asked to provide feedback. This way, the shop owner has no influence on the given feedback and new visitors to the shop will be able to see the feedback to make their own minds up whether they would like to buy from that shop.
