D7 config for "E-mail an order update notification" sends error "Value must be an integer" for Message Formate Value

I was setting all these rules to have a correct email instead of me@localhost.com and the final rule "E-mail an order update notification" cannot save because it sends an error "Value must be an integer."

The only options there are the standard Filter & Full HTML, Plain Text, and PHP Code. There is an option to switch to data selection, however, trying to work with that returns an integrity check failure.

If someone knows what the deal is, please let me know! Thanks.

This has been fixed in Ubercart 7.x-3.x-dev.

I just updated and this did not fix the problem. The email addresses have been set to the correct values, so I can temporarily live with it until there is an actual fix; however, I want to change the default messages sent to the customer and without this fix that is not going to work. When you try to save that message format value stands in the way.
