CyberSource I'm using the -dev version that has the HOP patch installed and I'm using cybersource's hosted order page for all transactions.
I'm able to complete orders correctly without problems except for the HOP not pulling in the total with shipping. It only takes the subtotal.
My shipping is a flatrate up to $30 then free shipping after $30. The shipping comes up and adds into the total of the order just fine on my site but as soon as customers click order and get sent to the cybersource HOP the total is just the subtotal without shipping. I'm not an expert in php or development and I'm not entirely sure how the HOP pulls in the information from my order page.
