Ubercart

Hi, I just uploaded the ubercart and have a problem. The image upload is missing from the add product page for the users. I can see it in the admin section and it works, but not in the users section. I imagine this is a permission setting but I can't find it. I posted in the forums but noone has come up with an answer yet. Please help.
