When I set our site to use the built-in Catalog Grid for our ubercart shop front page, it displays the teaser field as part of each product in the grid.
This is making our front page very cluttered and ugly. We all know how finicky users can be about shopping at a small site, and when the front page has massive amounts of text skewing the display so that you can barely see anything and finding "Add to Cart" buttons is near impossible.
It's odd this is happening since:
(a) There is no setting I can find in the Grid settings in the Catalog settings page for display of the teaser field. In fact, it has checkboxes for all the other fields displayed, but not for the teaser field.
(b) Every article I can find online is trying to help people *add* the teaser field to Grid view, since -- according to these articles -- ubercart doesn't provide this feature! How odd that I would get this reportedly non-existent feature, and I don't want it!
I'm running Drupal 6 with Ubercart 2.
Why is it showing the teaser field in the grid, and more importantly, how do I get rid of it?
