Very nice site! The catalog is extensive, and the menu blocks for the catalog were well done to make navigation a breeze. Did you roll a custom catalog w/ Views to handle all products from all subcategories showing on category pages?

Yup, lots and lots of views on that site, with custom template files per product type to handle pricing and special circumstances. Had to in order to get everything to break down the way the customer wanted it.
