The site was developed by Raw Nerve (http://www.raw-nerve.co.uk) & acmConsulting (me) (http://www.acmconsulting.eu) & other freelancers.

From an ubercart prospective the site uses the following modules on top of the core set :

The largest ubercart challenge was the ticket module. Tickets could be purchased more than one at a time and for 3rd parties, who may or may not have accounts on the site. So a ticket order had to create/update multiple user accounts which may or may not be the account of the person buying the ticket. We also created a block to allow ticket purchasers to log in and check that the accounts, linked to the purchased tickets, had logged into the site.

Complex, but worth it!

Comments welcome.

Re: b.TWEEN 08

I remember I took a look at this site when it was published here. Also I remember, it was difficult get a quick understanding what the site is all about (for sure because I'm not any original English speaker)

However, thanks for the new call for comments!

So, I took a new look but I'm still more or less lost, sorry... but... letting the site topic itself on the background, some comments from the business side of the site. From the business point of view I understand you want to get visitors to actually book to the seminars etc.

In my opinion, you're not giving the visitors enough tips, how to actually book to an event. For example, if taking a look at the "Book now" -page, visitors need to work hard, what they have to do to sign up.

People are busy, they're not willing to spend too much time trying to find out "how to order" ...what about using some clear "Book now" buttons to catch more attention to the business?

Sorry spamming again a link to my contrib, but I believe it (or something more or less similar solution) is good for business. Also, I'd like to advise to get rid off all unnecessary links & side blocks during the check out.

To sum it up, I can clearly see you've done a lot of great job building this site up.. just some fine tuning and it will be a killer site!
