Great job on the site overall. It's quite an achievement!

It seems like a lot of people are not using the feature "Aggregate and compress CSS files" located in the Performance menu of Drupal. If you turn it on you will save a lot of time and bandwidth, both for you and your visitors. While it is hard to develop a theme with this feature on, it is a must once the site is good to go. This is related to ubercart in a way because it adds some 8 or more .css files to your web site and when the browser has to load 15 or 20 css files in total the status bar of Firefox goes crazy and IE sometimes just hangs.
